Payment procedure and information

PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING INSTRUCTIONS

VERY CAREFULLY!

• You must first create an account on the portal. It is required when you click on Registration in the left menu. Fill all the fields required. When done you'll receive an e-mail and will be invited to confirm your registration. IMPORTANT : Payment by credit card is mandatory to complete the registration (see below).
• When registered, participants who desire presenting their works during the Conference are invited to submit either a Poster (Format A0 Portrait : 80 cm width x 120 cm Height) or a talk (15 minutes) in the desired session.  For submission , please click on Submissions in My Space at the bottom of the left menu, then click on Submit and fill all the fields.
• Any submission will be evaluated by the Scientific Committee. Accepted submissions will be confirmed later by e-mail to their Author.  
  
• Registration AND Payment mut be made online only for all participants, even those who do not present any poster or talk.
  
• The Registration Platform has been recently developped by the CNRS and therefore we ask your indulgence since some problems could appear. If so, please send an e-mail to singlecell@sciencesconf.org
• Once all the previous steps achieved, you must proceed for mayment. As the number of places is limited it is highly recommended to register as son  as possible.
  
• To proceed for payment, you must use another portal, also provided by the CNRS, by clicking here . Here again, a preregistration is required. Fill the fields mentioned. Please, choose the correct “tarification” category (Professor/Researcher,  Accomlpagnying person, Student, Industrial, organizer).
  
• The "Organizer" category only concerns Invited speakers and the Scientific Committee.
• Once you have done that, you will receive a confirmation e-mail bringing you to detailed choices and the payment page. Here you have to be VERY CAREFUL! The registration fee covers  room accomodation,  all meals, and closing banquet. The price is for the whole meeting, and there is no discount for shorter stay.
  
• Thus, please, carefully review your choices before confirming. Your choice here is definitive. We cannot reimburse you in case of an error at this step.
• Do not forget to indicate if you are vegetarian.
• Student support: Depending on the Conference's budget, we may offer a financial support for a limited number of students. If you are in this case and want to apply, please write an e-mail to singlecell@sciencesconf.org before registering, with a detailed CV and motivation for participating in this Conference.

Registration fees covers registration to the Conference, accomodation and meals (from Saturday 5th evening to tuesday 8th morning after beakfast). Additional nights before or after the Conference are not covered.

Pay attention : For single room there is a supplement of 50 €
